Great picture but....

The TV was delivered as scheduled. Took hardly any time to install and get It running. Very clear and sharp picture. However I noticed that there were 3-4 red dots and a small line which refused to go off the screen. They were there all the time through all shows and programs. LG customer support did all they coudl guiding me over the phone but to no avail. So had to request a replacement.

HDR seems dim even at brightest settings

The nature of HDR feature is to provide a realistic viewing experience I find it to be a bit too dim on many scenes. Dont see a way to turn off HDR. Otherwise a very nice TV. Finding the Magic Remote was difficult. Even when finding the right one the LG website said it would not work with this model. Luckily they are wrong. Magic remote model MR22GN works great and unlocks new features like voice control and pointer. I like these even though some people dont care for the pointer.

I started with 75 LG smart tv. About a year ago. This was the test. We liked it so much. Bought a 55 LG for my mom. She needed a smart tv she could operate. Then we purchased a 50 LG smart TV for our camper. Then my TV quite in garage. Bought a 65 smart TV. Moved the 55 to our bedroom. We purchased another 65 LG smart tv for my wifes parents. They seem to like it as well.

My only thing is that clarity could be better at times. But I know it has a lot to do with the resolution of the content obvi. Overall the tv performs great.

Nice size and picture quality poor WIFI antenna

I bought this a couple months ago to replace a 55 Hysense tv. I love the size and picture quality of the tv but it keeps dropping the WIFI signal. Calling LG help line only frustrates me further because they keep wanting me to reset my modem and router. All my other devices that are in the house and near the same router have no problems with receiving adequate signal. As a matter of fact the tv is only a few feet from the WIFI router. I would return it if I could but purchased from Target and am past any return time. Too bad because I was really hoping for a better tv than the one I replaced. Good luck to those of you that need to depend upon a WIFI signal.

Faulty Since Day 1

Bought this tv excitedly on Black Friday and was really hopeful because we were able to get installation the very next day. Color is nice size is great but it kept disconnecting from the Wi-Fi and would get really pixelated. We dont have cable so we rely on the apps and it has been infuriating. First repair guy replaced the entire motherboard and Wi-Fi module it didnt do anything. Rather than realizing the tv is brand new and our time is valuable LG continued to have me trouble shoot. We now have another scheduled repair to see if the same fix will work rather than just replacing the faulty tv. Did I mention you have to take the tv down yourself too? Dont get me started on the LG fridge we bought SO DISAPPOINTED with LG products and they used to be my favorite.. they just dont make em like they used to. God speed.

Weve had this TV for about 2 weeks now. Picture and sound are great Simple to take our older TV down and install this TV. Sound of these thin TVs was a concern we had a different brand a year or so ago and sound was terrible and we have heard that these newer thin TVs need a sound bar. Not the case with this TV.

I titled my review mixed bag for two reasons Bad news first I bought Brians new tv missing remote and manual but the LG support teams solution was Re-box TV after mounting on my wall lol and send back out of pocket lol both horrible ideas vs just send a remote and batteries with manual lol. Second piece of bad news is LG apps and interface is horrible slow and delayed I have fiber speed internet so everything goes fast BUT THEM. Good news is Best Buy manager where I bought it gave me remote batteries and manual waiting for me at front used common sense with issue. Secondly I love the screen and quality of TV and iPhone remote option as well. Theres my mixed bag

So far so good. I noted some lighter areas on the screen when its on some pages. Almost like its fog but doesnt look like its intentional. I also note some issues with the apps. I pay for extra fast internet and yet we still get buffering some times and the apps will forget sign in etc which is annoying.

Only had this tv for a month or so. It has a clear picture sound. Only drawback so far is the remote control. The lack of a voice operated remote is ridiculous in this day age. I called LG to get the model number of a voice remote compatible with the tv. When it arrived it was not compatible now needs to be returned.

The TV works great but the user interface is not user friendly. Adding apps is cumbersome and the home screen is 80 adds for movies and shows while the app selection is tiny. The remote also is not well suited to modern streaming usage.

Right out of the box I have two red dots in the center of my screen. Have spent no less than 3 hours on the phone with LG trying to trouble shoot and have been waiting over a week to hear about a service appointment. The TV was easy to set up.

This was my first LG purchase but I just couldnt beat the price The TV is very easy to set up although it only has 2 HDMI ports. The connection to Wifi works well..no disconnection issues. The mouse is fairly easy to use although the interface is harder to use than other systems. The LG channels is a nice option but a little confusing. I was amazed at the picture clarity and movement of images.
